I will be visiting Lisbon for the second time in my life during this summer. I spent three days there almost five years ago and I was captivated by the beauty of the city. Lisbon is magical. If you have never visited, I highly recommend it. And if you can stay in a place like the one that I am sharing today, even better (unfortunately, I won’t this time, but I will save the reference for the future). This is not technically a home, but I loved the design and the location so much that I had to share. This hotel is housed in a 18th century building that was completely renovated using a clean and contemporary style. I love the contrast of the furniture (a few, light wood mostly) with the old walls, the neutral palette and the limestone. Special mention to the bathtub, simply beautiful, and the lamps in the different spaces. Enjoy!
Casa de la semana
En unas semanas volveré a Lisboa. Será la segunda vez que visito esta ciudad, que me enamoró la primera vez, hace ya casi cinco años. Lisboa es mágica, así que, si no la conocéis, la recomiendo muchísimo. Y si, además, os podéis alojar en un sitio como el que comparto hoy, mejor (yo no lo haré, pero me lo guardo como referencia para el futuro). Esto no es técnicamente una casa, pero me ha gustado tanto el diseño que lo tenía que compartir. Este hotel es un edificio del s.XVIII que fue completamente reformado con un estilo limpio y contemporáneo. Me encanta el contraste entre los muebles (pocos y la mayoría de madera clara) con las viejas paredes, la paleta de colores neutra y el uso de la piedra caliza. Especial mención a esa bañera, que me parece ideal, y a cada una de las lámparas elegidas para los diferentes espacios. ¡Espero que os guste!
